HOW TO CONTOUR YOUR FACE SHAPE

Contouring is a make up tip that has been trending for long now and a lot of ladies are so into it. But what we all don't know is that there are rules guiding contouring and this every lady should know about. Contour is usually done according to the shape of your face in other to properly suit you. As we know, everyone has different face shapes and here are guidelines you should know and follow in other to contour right.

1) SQUARE FACE: If you have a square face, then its important for you to know that your contour is needed on the edges of your forehead in other to bring the face together and also both sides of the cheek bone. Then you highlight the forehead, below the eyes and on the jaw bone. With this guidelines, you will be able to achieve what should adequately suit your face type and also hide the areas that are
conspicuously wrong on your face.

2) ROUND FACE: When you have a round face, its important to know that you do not need a lot of contour on your face. This is because contouring your face will make your face even appear smaller and shorter. So if you have this face shape, the only area that needs contouring is the cheek bone then your highlight is needed on the lower part of the forehead, above the cheek bone and the jaw bone.

3) HEART SHAPED FACE: The heart shaped just like the square needs the contour on the upper part of the forehead and the cheek bone, then the highlights are needed on the lower part of the forehead, above the cheek bone and the jaw bone.

4) OVAL FACE: An oval shaped face needs contouring on the cheek bone, and jawline only and this is to make all the areas of the face equal. The highlight is needed as usual below the forehead, above the cheek bone and the jaw bone.
